Announcing Dr. Katherine Conway-Turner as AALI President in Residence

Dr. Katherine (Kate) Conway-Turner joins AALI as this year’s President in Residence. Dr. Conway-Turner is a nationally and internationally recognized higher education administrator and scholar of applied social psychology. In this role, Dr. Conway-Turner will mentor leaders in the 2024-25 AALI program cohorts, contribute to program development, and lead seminars and workshops.

We are proud to spotlight the HERS Executive Coaching Circles, an innovative initiative designed to empower women leaders within the higher education landscape. Ten of our leading women Senior Executive Coaches facilitate the comprehensive program, in collaboration with HERS, offering a dynamic platform for women in executive roles, such as vice presidents, vice provosts, directors, and other senior positions, to enhance their leadership capabilities.
