Westfield State University seeks a strategic and innovative leader for the role of Vice President for Administration and Finance. This executive position serves as the institution’s Chief Financial Officer and a member of the President’s Cabinet, providing strategic leadership and oversight of all financial, operational, and administrative functions. The successful candidate will guide fiscal integrity, operational excellence, and institutional sustainability, while representing the university to state agencies and community stakeholders. Candidates should possess substantial experience in financial administration and a demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of Westfield State University.
Founded in 1839 by Horace Mann, Westfield State was the first co-educational college in America to offer an education without barrier to race, creed, or economic status. The University sits on an expansive 256-acre campus and has about 4,000 undergraduate students and 800 graduate students across several professional graduate programs.
