Lake Forest College (LFC) welcomes applications and nominations for the Vice President of Finance (VPF), who will provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for a broad portfolio of functions including finance, budget, business operations, investments, treasury, real estate, safety and risk management, facilities, human resources, and Title IX. Reporting to the President, the VPF works closely with the College’s senior leadership team and partners specifically with Human Resources to ensure compliance with relevant College policies and government regulations, labor-related financial matters, and risk management. The VPF also provides leadership for both the budget and the compensation and benefits employee committees.
Founded in 1857 and about 30 miles from Chicago, LFC is a selective, highly ranked private liberal arts college serving about 1,850 students. Their prime location offers students the opportunity to link their liberal arts education with Chicago-area internships, class trips to the city, and a residential program in the Chicago Loop.
